Back to school is right around the corner. Register for a backpack and school supplies for children in Grades K – 12. Registration will be held at City Team (634 Sproul Street) on August 4th and 5th and August 11th and 12th. Then pick up your backpacks at the Backpack Carnival at the Philadelphia Union Stadium on Saturday, August 28th. Print out the registration form below and follow the directions to register.
