The J. Lewis Crozer Library strives to actively support the Chester Upland School District and collaborates with other partners to enhance learning and to promote reading education within the community we serve. As a result, the J. Lewis Crozer Library has built and is committed to a robust community outreach program. Our outreach services include, but are not limited to, basic library instruction, story time, and in-classroom research support.
