The J. Lewis Crozer Library is governed by a Board of Trustees in accordance with the Pennsylvania Public Library Code and the library’s bylaws. The Board provides legal, fiduciary, and strategic oversight to help ensure the library remains well-managed, mission-driven, and responsive to community needs.

Trustees may make recommendations to the Board, and all received applications will be reviewed by the Board. Vacancies can be filled by a vote of the remaining Trustees at any regular meeting.
