Join us for a community wellness pop-up in honor of Heart Health Month!
The Delaware County Health Department will be onsite offering free blood pressure screenings, alongside local vendors, community organizations, and guest speakers sharing resources and support. Representatives from the American Heart Association will also be there to connect with community members and share heart health information.
