Join attorneys from the Education Law Center-PA’s Black Girls Education Justice Initiative and advocates from the Chester Upland, Upper Darby, and Chichester communities for a special Know-Your-Rights workshop tailored for Delaware County public school students and their parents and advocates.
This hybrid (virtual and in-person) workshop will equip students to understand their rights in attendance and school discipline contexts (suspension, expulsion, disciplinary transfers, etc.).
