In honor of Indigenous Peoples’ Day, join us for an engaging program exploring the Lenni-Lenape, an Indigenous people whose ancestral homelands include our region.
Together, we will use Native Land Digital to explore Indigenous lands, languages, and treaties while learning about Lenni-Lenape history, culture, and connections to the places around us. The program will also highlight Lenape voices and perspectives through conversation and a hands-on activity.
Come ready to explore, ask questions, and make new discoveries about the Lenni-Lenape and their enduring connection to Chester and Delaware County.
