NAMI Family-to-Family

Presented by NAMI Main Line PA

NAMI Family-to-Family is a free, 8-week educational program for family members and caregivers of someone living with a serious mental health condition. The course is designed to help participants better understand and support their loved one while also caring for their own well-being.

Classes are facilitated by trained volunteer family members who understand firsthand what it is like to support a loved one living with a mental health condition. Participants will have opportunities to learn, connect, and build practical knowledge and skills in a supportive environment.

This session will be offered in a hybrid format, with in-person participants meeting at J. Lewis Crozer Library. In-person participation is highly encouraged.
