Bundle up your kids this winter with free coats from the Early Learning Resource Center (ELRC)!
The Early Learning Resource Center Region 15, a division of Pennsylvania’s Office of Child Development and Early Learning, is proud to host this generous initiative to support families during the colder months. Caregivers are invited to pick up a free winter coat for their child—while supplies last!
About the ELRC
The ELRC serves as a primary point of contact for families seeking information and access to services that promote high-quality childcare and early learning programs. Funded through a contract with the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services (PADHS), Office of Child Development and Early Learning (OCDEL), the ELRC is dedicated to enhancing the quality of childcare and providing essential support to early childhood educators. Their advanced resource and referral system, coupled with childcare subsidies, makes them a pivotal resource in our community. Click here to learn more about their services and how to apply.
