With your library card, check out Omron 5 Series devices for use at home. - Monthly Clinical Sessions with ChesPenn
Join us on the first Tuesday of each month, from 4:30 to 5:30 PM, to learn from ChesPenn healthcare professionals. Topics include managing blood pressure, understanding heart disease risks, and accessing referrals. - Self-Check Stations
Visit the library anytime during operating hours to use an AHA-provided self-check station for immediate readings. - Educational Resources
Access materials in both English and Spanish, with guidance on accurate blood pressure measurement at home.
